Noob Farming
I've been reading alot on farming and as a noob I was wondering if there is a good place to farm for a L11 E/R or am I still to weak to farm. I pretty much just need the money cause I'm always running out now...lol. Funny thing - the first time I heard farming I went to the town south of Ascalon before the searing and stood on the farms looking for ways to farm/plant something...hilarious.

Farming is just finding a place where you can go and kill things alone. So figure out how and where you can manage that as a level 11 and go for it, but at that level you won't be getting rich quick. Pretty much is Ascalon and Piken areas.

Do missions and quests. Sell all the crap that drops to merchant. Don't spend needlessly. Wait untill you get to a higher level before thinking about farming as it won't be that productive for you yet.

thx guys...i tried farming with the charr and stone elementals since they are the only ones that I can seem to group together easily and not much of anything comes out of them...lol. I'll try the piken area tonight.

if you can kill a lot of charr easily, you can probably always get about 50/hide.
but like these guys say, just playing through would be a better idea. what do you need all this money for at lvl 11? ps dyes are an easy sell, too. I'm talking town chat on this stuff --- not merchants. stone elementals are wasting your time. |
